  • Process your applications in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure that the information about our services, fees and charges are made clear at all times
  • Encourage you to seek clarity on anything that you are unsure of throughout the process
  • Ensure that the risk information is clearly visible and prominent at all times
  • Make it clear to you if we are unable to support your business needs through one of our suppliers without delay
  • Make it easy for you to raise a formal complaint should you have dissatisfaction with our services and offer our commitment to dealing with complaints in a timely and responsible manner
What we ask of our clients:

In order for us to provide you with the best outcome from our services, we will ask you to:

  • Complete the online applications with as much detail and accuracy as possible in order for us to match your business with suitable lenders or service providers
  • Understand that when we request information, we do so with the intention of providing our panel of lenders or service providers with that information in order for them to assess your application, any delay in providing that information could delay the outcome of their decision
  • Tell us of any impending changes to your business or finances (if known) that may have an impact on your ability to honour the financial commitments going forward
  • Tell us immediately if you are unsure of any aspect of our service or financial solution or if there is anything you don’t understand
