The term “Factoring & Finance Review” or “us” refers to the owner of the service. Factoring & Finance Independent Review Services Limited (10508405). The term “you” or “your” refers to the user of the service.
At Factoring & Finance Independent Review Services Limited, we help businesses access finance and associated financial services from a wide range of approved lenders and service providers that are suitable for your requirements (based on the information you disclose to us). We will provide you with information about the finance or service offering to ensure you understand the conditions of any offer before you decide to proceed. We will also provide direct access to the Lender or service provider as their terms and conditions will apply to any offer made.
We act as a credit broker and all of our services are offered on a none-advice basis only. You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We will ask questions in order to narrow down the selection of products/options that may be available to your business. Once we have matched your requirements with suitable Lenders or Service providers it will then be your responsibility to make your own choice about how to proceed.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide support for the service, during the following periods (09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday with the exception of UK Public Bank Holidays). You can contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
There is, however, no guarantee as to the availability or response time of the Service and we have the right to withdraw access at any time.
We do not charge our clients for the use of our online services as we receive payment directly from the lender(s)/Service Provider(s) based upon successful provision of finance or services. If you would like to know how we will be paid by the lender or Service Provider, we will disclose this information to you on written request.
